How does Click & Collect work?
CORONAVIRUS – SERVICE UPDATE
Following guidelines, we have made some changes on how you can collect your online orders:
From Thursday 5 November to Wednesday 2 December, you can collect pre-paid online orders from our Chocolate Avenue store. We will pass you your order at the door.
The Chocolate Avenue website is open as usual. To protect our customers and colleagues, orders can be purchased online via our website. You can make payments via Paypal, which is our preferred method of payment.
To collect your order you will need to select a collection date and time during the ordering process. If, you are unable to collect your order on your designated date/time please call us on 07766 021648. We can arrange an alternative date/time at your convenience.
At this moment of time we will not be posting items.
HOW DOES CLICK & COLLECT WORK?
Pay online, collect in-store
• You pay up-front when you check out online, just like a regular Click & Collect service .
• When you place your order, you’ll be able to select a date and time.
• You’ll receive an email with your order reference, which you’ll need to have when you collect your order.
• We’ll hold your item for 7 days.
Please note, for the safety of our customers and colleagues, you will need to follow the social distancing recommendations and a colleague will pass your order to you at the door.
